Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
I want you to be completely happy with your strap, and I try to keep everything simple and fair.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order anytime before it’s dispatched for a full refund. Just email info@phenomestraps.com. After dispatch, refunds are possible once the product is returned.
30-Day Returns (Offered Worldwide)
EU law provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for EU customers, but I offer an extended 30-day return window to all customers worldwide.
If the color isn’t what you expected or the sizing isn’t quite right, I’m happy to exchange the strap for something that fits better.
To start a return, email within 30 days of receiving your strap with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Which item you’d like to return
Please return the item within 14 days of your email.
Return shipping is at your expense. Straps must be unused!
Custom-length or personalized straps can’t be returned.
Important for returns from outside the EU
Please mark the parcel as “Returned goods – no commercial value” and declare a nominal value so import duties are not charged on the return.
Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your return, I will process your refund within 14 days using your original payment method.
Partial Returns & Bundle Deals: If you return only part of a bundle order (e.g., "Buy 3, Get 20% Off"), the promotion is no longer valid. The items you keep will be charged at their full individual price, and the difference - along with the original shipping cost - will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Costs: * Full Returns: If you return your entire order, only the standard shipping cost is refundable. Any additional fees for expedited or express shipping are non-refundable.
Partial Returns: Original shipping costs are not refunded if you keep any part of the order.
Return Shipping: The cost of shipping the items back to me is the responsibility of the customer.
Duties, Taxes & VAT:
- Since VAT is recoverable, it will be included in your refund.
- Duties collected during payment are non recoverable so non-refundable.
- Any import duties or local taxes paid to your government or the courier are non-refundable, as I do not collect or retain these fees.
Exchanges
If your strap arrives defective or damaged, I’ll replace it free of charge. For sizing or color exchanges, email info@phenomestraps.com and I’ll guide you through the process.

I recommend using a tracked shipping method, especially for items over $75 — I can’t guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
