Shipping policy

I ship all orders from the European Union. Every strap is manufactured in-house by me here in Hungary, and all shipments are declared with Hungary as the country of origin for customs purposes. (The only exception is the Bergeon spring bar tool, which is Swiss-made.)

Reliable & Secure International Shipping
Standard orders are shipped via Spring GDS (PostNL network) as tracked priority letters. Once the parcel arrives in your destination country, it is handed over to your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post) for final delivery. A tracking number is always provided, allowing you to follow your package's journey.

Customs & Import Duties

  • 🇺🇸 United States (Hassle-Free & Updated): I ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the USA, ensuring zero surprises or extra fees upon delivery.

    Following the February 20, 2026, Supreme Court ruling on tariffs, I have updated my policy: while any applicable duties are still collected at checkout as a safety buffer for DDP shipping, I will automatically refund the full duty amount if your package clears US Customs without charges. My goal is to ensure you only pay what is legally required—nothing more. The convenience remains, but the savings are now yours.

  • 🇪🇺 European Union: No customs duties or extra taxes apply. The price you see is final.

  • 🌍 Rest of the World: For destinations outside the US and EU, customs rules vary by country. Any local import duties, tariffs, taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected by the local postal service upon delivery. However, please note that most countries have a value threshold (known as "de minimis"). You are typically only charged import fees if your order value exceeds this specific limit. If your order is below this amount, it often enters tax-free. Please check your local customs regulations for details.

Shipping is free for orders above 120$.
